Favorite oyster to shuck: Cocktail size Virginicas, least favourite is medium beach Gigas (ugh - size matters!)

Dream oyster destination: Australia and New Zealand, because I've never been.

Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: Converting a wings and beer pub into an oyster bar in 1995 when oysters weren't really a thing in Calgary.

Favorite thing about being an OMG member: Learning new things and meeting other oyster aficionados.
