Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as a Level 3 candidate, you must be enrolled in the Level 3 Oyster Service Excellence course.

12 oysters (2 species or varieties) of live, unopened oysters for the Practical Skills Exam.

Review Schedule

Applications are reviewed in January, April, July, and October. Candidates are certified in cohorts.
